- API-first: one OpenAPI surface serves the web app, an MCP server and integrations; a generated type-safe client makes contract drift fail in CI, not production.
- Shipped an MCP server in the NestJS API (JWT, Streamable HTTP) and embedding-based matching, with e2e tests.
- PostgreSQL with TypeORM and Kysely; event-driven processing with Hatchet workflows and an outbox for SMS/email.
- Accommodations (bookings, taxation), Bemlo vacancy intake, booking export and CRM/Bemlo time-sheet sync.
- Migrated 200,000+ records from the legacy CRM through a custom ETL pipeline: nightly ETL plus event-driven sync.
